BBQ (MILD) rub is amzing for anyone who dosent like heat! It gives an aromatic flavour without blowing off your head. Let the meat marinade for a few hours before cooking, even better if overnight. Can be used as a dry rub or mix with oil of your choice.
BBQ Rub (Sweet)
Gives the meat a wonderful aromatic flavour, best to marinade for a good few hours before cooking. Great for pork but can be used on Pork Chops, chicken and even over vegetables. Ingredients - Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Star Anise, Cumin, Chilli, Fennel, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Sunflower , Nutmeg, Cardamom.

Barbecue Rub is a blend of spices used to rub on meat, poultry, fish and vegetables whether barbecuing outside in the nice weather or inside when it's not. It adds aromatic flavours to your meats and vegetables for extra seasoning. Rubs are for low heat barbecuing and smoking, not for grilling. Ingredients - Chilli, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Onion, Garlic and Thyme.

Steak Seasoning
You can use to season meat in several ways, as a dry marinade for beef, lamb and veal, it goes really well with steak, simple give your chosen meat a generous coating of this seasoning and leave to marinade for 1 hour, or overnight in the fridge if possible to allow the flavours to permeate the meat. Or mix with oil and make a liquid marinade to soak your meat in. Add to homemade rissoles, sausages, burgers, and cottage pie bases for extra flavour. Add as a seasoning to stews and casseroles, it can also be added to your dumpling mix to make delicious savoury dumplings to accompany a stew, add to savoury crumble toppings, pies, and breadcrumb coatings for meat, and to gravies and stocks for additional flavour. Ingredients - Salt, Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper, Red Bell Pepper, All Spice Pimento, Dill, MUSTARD, Chilli, Bay Leaf, Rosemary.
Chicken Seasoning
It's a flavourful blend of spices used in preparing chicken dishes with many uses. Perfect for precooking rubs and wonderful for BBQs. Amazing to use on Pork also. Ingredients - Coriander, Salt, Turmeric, Garlic, Parsley, MSG, Thyme, Ginger, Black Pepper, Marjoram, Pimento.
