What is Barbecue Rub Coarse?

Barbecue Rub Coarse is a blend of spices used to rub on meat, poultry, fish and vegetables whether barbecuing outside in the nice weather or inside when it's not. It adds flavours to your meats and veg for extra seasoning. Rubs are for low heat barbecuing and smoking, not for grilling. This blend can be ground for a finer mix in a pestle and mortar.
